Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from the U.S.

Shipping Schedule

  • Boxes ship once a month by the 15th of each month

  • Orders placed after the 25th will be processed for the following month’s box

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery within the U.S.

  • International orders may take longer depending on your location

Carriers

  • All boxes are shipped via USPS

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships

Fulfillment

  • All orders are packed and shipped in-house with care and prayer

  • Our team personally inspects every box before it leaves our hands

Shipping Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, customs, or natural events

  • If your box arrives damaged or missing an item, please email us within 7 days

  • We’re happy to help make things right

Returns & Cancellations Policy

Due to the personalized and curated nature of our boxes, we do not accept returns.

Subscription Cancellations

  • You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime

  • Cancellations must be made before your next billing cycle

  • Prepaid plans (3, 6, or 12 months) will continue through the paid period, then auto-renew unless turned off

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your box arrives with damage or is missing an item, please email us at [support email] within 7 days

  • We will replace the item or issue store credit based on the situation
