Boxes ship once a month by the 15th of each month

Orders placed after the 25th will be processed for the following month’s box

Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery within the U.S.

Subscription Cancellations

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime

Cancellations must be made before your next billing cycle

Prepaid plans (3, 6, or 12 months) will continue through the paid period, then auto-renew unless turned off
Damaged or Missing Items

If your box arrives with damage or is missing an item, please email us at [support email] within 7 days

We will replace the item or issue store credit based on the situation
